The 40th Tokyo Motor Show

Makuhari Messe - The 40th Biannual Tokyo Motor show kicked off today with over 10,000 members of the press converging on the Makuhari Exhibition center. All of the major Japanese car manufacturers were present and all featured either hybrid hydrogen - gasoline vehicles or lightweight concept cards.

Looking at the show from a purely environmental aspect some things are impressive. The emphasis is definately moved to carbon dioxide reduction. Of note was Citroen which introduced a concept car which I will feature in a later article.
